1. Eligibility:
The contest is open to all survey respondents who complete the survey and choose to opt-in to the contest. Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of Canada. Employees of FortisBC Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the contest.

2. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete the survey and provide their contact information at the end of the survey. Only one entry per individual will be accepted. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Contest Period:
The contest begins on Septemper 12th 2024 and ends on September 30th 2024. Entries submitted after the end of the contest period will not be considered.

4. Prizes:
The prizes for the contest are four (4) gift cards, each valued at 250 CAD, redeemable at Home Depot or RONA. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be provided. Brandr global ehf. reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

5. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within five (5) days after the contest period ends. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email within ten (10) days of the drawing.

6. Claiming Prizes:
Winners will be contacted directly via the email address provided in their entry. Gift cards will be sent electronically to the winners within twenty (20) days after notification. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that their contact details are correct at the time of entry. Brandr global ehf. is not responsible for any issues with prize delivery due to incorrect information provided by the participant.

8. Liability:
Brandr global ehf. and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical errors, interruptions, or failures that may affect entry into the contest or the ability to select a winner. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Brandr gobal ehf. from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy:
Any personal information collected during the survey and contest entry will be used solely for the purpose of the contest and in accordance with Brandr global’s privacy policy.

10. General Conditions:
Brandr global ehf. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Brandr global’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
